Copyright Information for Authors

The acceptance of a manuscript by Zeitschrift für Naturforschung is subject to the following understanding:

The article has not been published previously, in identical or slightly modified form, nor has it been submitted to another journal for publication.

The authors have the copyright and are entitled to submit the manuscript for publication. All co-authors have been informed, have agreed and endorse full responsibility for the contents of the manuscript and its submission.

The publication of the paper will not infringe copyrights of any third party. With the acceptance of the paper for publication, Verlag der Zeitschrift für Naturforschung acquires exclusively for three years from the date on which the article is published and thereafter for the full time of copyright on a non-exclusive basis the following unrestricted rights of exploitation according to the German copyright law: right of publication including the right of prepublication, right of reproduction, right of distribution. Furthermore the publisher acquires exclusively for one year from the date on which the article is published and thereafter for the full time of copyright on a non-exclusive basis the right of making the paper available to the public through Internet and other data networks. Diverging regulations must be set forth in writing.
